To complete a booking we take a small deposit by credit/debit card, we process this payment while you are on the phone and we have a strict Privacy Policy meaning we never store any customer card details. |

No single supplement is charged for the 3rd, 5th or 7th traveller when 2, 4 or 6 adults are occupying twin or double rooms
Older children travelling with 2 parents may be able to upgrade to their own room. In this case a 40% discount from Adult prices will apply. (Based on 2 sharing)

Child Notes:-
Child prices are based on a max of 2 children (U 16) sharing a room with 2 parents (Subject to family room availability)
We will supply the most approprite cycling equipment for children after consulting parents. However we often find the best option for most children up to about 12 years of age is for you to bring their own bikes from home.
(Children are usually happier on a bike they're familiar with, but it's essential YOU check that everything on the bike is safe and in good working order)
Our Child Equiment includes:-
Child Seats - suitable for children up to 5 years max
Burley style child trailer - max 2 small children up to 20 kilos each
Child tag-a-long bike - suitable for children between 5 and 8 years approx
Child bikes - suitable for children from the age 7 or 8 years approx |
Most of our tours are suitable for Panniers, we use 2 lightweight Panniers per bike each the size of a medium rucksack, look at our Pannier Page on the right hand menu.
